These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RockyPayz Ventures’ digital platform for payment collection, money transfer, and related services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue using our services immediately.
1. Introduction
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and RockyPayz Ventures ("we," "our," or "us"). The platform provides tools for payment collection, domestic transfers, and other financial services within India.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement. All registration details provided must be accurate and current.
3. Account Registration and Security
Users must create an account to access our services. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and for activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Permissible Use
Our platform must be used only for lawful purposes. Any misuse, including fraudulent transactions or money laundering, may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Payment Collection Services
RockyPayz enables payment collection through UPI, Payment Links, Virtual Accounts, and QR Codes. Users are responsible for ensuring accuracy of payment details. Once processed, payments are final unless otherwise agreed.
6. Money Transfer Services
Transfers via UPI, IMPS, NEFT, or other supported modes are processed through banking partners and authorized third-party service providers. While most transactions are processed instantly, timelines may vary depending on bank systems and network availability.
RockyPayz Ventures shall not be liable for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by external systems including banks, payment networks, or third-party APIs. However, if a transaction fails or remains pending after the user's account or wallet has been debited, RockyPayz Ventures will initiate reconciliation and ensure that the funds are either successfully transferred or refunded to the user's wallet or original payment source within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory guidelines.
7. Fees and Charges
Service fees may apply and will be displayed before transaction completion. Continued use of services implies acceptance of these charges.
8. Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds related to merchant transactions are subject to the respective merchant’s policies. RockyPayz Ventures is not responsible for disputes between users and merchants regarding goods or services.
In the case of failed or incomplete transactions where funds have been debited but the transfer is not successful, RockyPayz Ventures will take reasonable steps to investigate and process refunds or reversals within applicable timelines as per regulatory requirements.
Users agree not to initiate fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks. Any such activity may result in account suspension or legal action.
9. Compliance with Laws
Users must comply with all applicable laws, including AML and KYC regulations. We may request verification documents at any time for compliance purposes.
10. Data Privacy and Security
By using our platform, you consent to our data handling practices outlined in the Privacy Policy. All user data and transactions are protected using encryption and secure systems.
11. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice in cases of policy violations, fraud, or non-compliance with legal obligations.
12. Limitation of Liability
RockyPayz Ventures is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid in the last three months.
13. Platform Downtime
While we aim for continuous uptime, occasional maintenance or technical issues may cause downtime. We’ll provide advance notice when possible.
14. Third-Party Integrations
Our services may include integrations with third-party payment gateways, banking systems, and APIs. While RockyPayz Ventures selects reputable providers, it does not control their systems or operations.
RockyPayz Ventures shall not be liable for service disruptions, errors, or failures caused by such third-party providers. However, RockyPayz Ventures remains responsible for facilitating reconciliation and ensuring that user funds are not lost in the event of failed or incomplete transactions.
15. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the platform responsibly and refrain from actions that harm others or the system, including fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
16. Intellectual Property
All platform content and software belong to RockyPayz Ventures or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any material without prior consent.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by courts located in Bhubaneswar Odisha.
18. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Significant updates will be communicated via email or platform notices. Continued use signifies acceptance.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RockyPayz Ventures harmless from claims or damages arising from misuse or breach of these Terms.
